- Annual fee of $30.00 will be charged for your own domain name. The service includes purchasing of the domain name and managing it.
- There are 4 listing types to choose from: residential sales, rents, commercial sales and lease.
- Xrium offers complete set of admin pages for easy management of your own site.
- There are 2 restrictions for pictures you can upload. They must be in either JPG or GIF format and the file size must be less than 150kB. This shouldn't be a problem since most images generated by digial cameras are JPGs and file sizes are less than 80kB if correctly resized.
- To add a flash animation, extra $100 will be charged.
- To add associates, one-time setup fee of $25.00 per associate will be charged.
